LinkGather - WordPress Links Exporter



This plugin for WordPress will allow you to export the links for all your websites articles in Google Spreadsheets design.

Get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, also you can just go to the URL below:

When you have activated the plugin, you can start using it.

How To


A new link on the options side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different offerings available for you:

If you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links title to move you to the page that will show all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You click here then also have the option to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same procedure as those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built read more in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those links.

If you do not have the check here JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
